Hi, my name is Jianxiang Li , and I am a student in the COMP-127 course.
I am a international student from China , and this is my three-year study in the University of the Pacific.
My major is Computer Science , and I want to be a game designer or game developer in the future.
Now I am taking the Comp-127 , Comp-155 , Comp-293A , and ECPE 170 .
My hobbies are playing video games, cooking, and watching anime.
COMP 127 will teach the absolute basics of web development, mixed in with some modern flair.
Here we will learn about the fundamentals.
We're talking HTML, CSS, JavaScript (sometimes called plain vanilla JavaScript), and PHP.
While there are a lot of exciting advances in web development, most rely on the fundamentals which is what we'll cover here.
ECPE 170 will take one system—an accelerated vector-search service—and uncover what every layer is really doing.
It will measure a Python baseline, cross into C++, follow data through memory and processors, test CPU and GPU tradeoffs, and turn the result into a networked service.
There is my favorite website that I like to use to help me play games:
2. NGA(A chinese forum that includes many games)
3. FF14 Wiki (search game information)
4. FF14 Logs (upload and view gameplay logs)
5. FFXIV Analysis (A tool that can use logs to analyze gameplay)
